It's Friday and a great day to assess our week.  I have found that taking time on a weekly basis to focus on our daily tasks and achievements for the week, as well as short term goals have an advantageous effect as to whether we are on target for our long term (future endeavors).  This is a strategic time to create an overview of your timeline to ensure all deadlines have been met or if there was a lag (delay) in schedule, to restructure and compensate for the lapse. Failure to commit to these steps of restructuring and compensation of time, will cause major hinderances to the lifecycle of your product management, which is why the monitoring and adherence to this process is imperative.

Taking time to fine tune these details will set you on course for the upcoming week, along with additional tasks and priorities.  The goal is to start each week with a fresh start and renewed outlook throughout the PLM Process.
