Haute Couture Fascinator

This couture design is a spin-off from the full size hydrangea (pink) design. The fascinator is adorned with hydrangea flowers and accented with feathers. This creation can be worn in various ways (slightly to the right / left side of the face, or resting on the forefront). The inside of the design boasts of a beautiful French Lining of choice fashion fabric.
